REAL TALK young people, what's on your mind?

Give God Your Life

As young people we always have someone "telling" us what to do! When we are at home we have to do what our parents tell us to do, at school we have to do what the teacher tells us to do. "Sometimes I just want to do what I WANT TO DO!" Because we don't get the opportunity to do what WE want, many times we "put off" giving our live to Christ. We feel like putting it off gives us control over at least ONE thing in our life. "If I don't get saved then I don't have to do ALL the things that God says. I can do what I want to do for a while and then I'll give my life to Christ later".

Any of you ever felt this way before? What did you do to get over those feelings and finally give your life (your all) to God? Speak on it....

Salvation

We have learned from Pastor Turner's teaching that Salvation is confessing with our mouth, believing in our heart and accepting Jesus as our Lord and Savior. What are some things in your life that has prevented you from doing this? Or, for those of you who have already accepted Jesus, what things did you do to make it easier for you to accept Jesus? Let's hear you young people!

Obedience

Share one area that God is NOW asking for your complete obedience in? Maybe he let you "slide" with partial obedience in 2009 but now in 2010 you know that God has spoken to you and WARNED you that he will not let you continue on the same path.
